I previously had a very successful career in Executive Human Resource Management travelling the world and working in some of the world’s top companies. Through hard work and dedication I reached a Vice President position with one of the top companies in Asia Pacific, but as a result of corporate downsizing my position was made redundant.
I realised, that although I had been successful in my career, I was sacrificing time for myself and my family. I then decided to find something that would either replace or increase my current income while also allowing me the time freedom to spend on other things. When I came across this business I saw the unlimited potential and I haven’t looked back since.

Prior to joining, I had a great career in the radio industry for 10 years as a newsreader/editor and reporter, but that all stopped when I gave birth to my gorgeous little girl in 2008. Suddenly my time became more valuable and I didn’t want to leave her to go back to work where I had to meet hourly deadlines.
Now, I absolutely love running this business between changing nappies and going to the park. I was also able to able to replace my previous income in about 8 weeks … and I get to do all this while being a Stay-At-Home Mum!

I ceased enjoying life as a corporate executive - long hours, increasing demands and an uncertain future. I tried several small business alternatives but none delivered what they promised. My research took me to Top-Tier Trainer. I was attracted by their overall professionalism and quality products. I had no prior Industry experience but Top-Tier systems and support made start-up so easy. I choose the hours I work with few overheads and no worries and am well on my way to replacing my full-time Executive income.

Prior to this my life was very different. My partner Marjorie and I were the proud owners of a commercial Hydroponic Lettuce farm on a picturesque property. Financially this was a good business, but as is the case with most self employed people we were extremely time poor. In mid 2008 we sold and moved off the farm in search of a business system that would produce a significant income but allow us the freedom we craved.
I am impressed by the personal development products and courses – I believe they really are standalone. I now work my business around my lifestyle and I’m able to use the words Work and Freedom in the same sentence and smile.
